My name is Katrina Clark (she/her). I am an independent practitioner, licensed as clinical social worker in the states of Hawaii and Oregon. My practice is integrative, which means that I specialize in using multiple approaches throughout the therapeutic process. Depending on the challenges, obstacles or needs, different techniques are used to move the process forward as effectively as possible.

I believe we are all resilient and each of us is designed to heal. I offer a space where all parts of your being are welcome. My office (even when it's virtual) is a place for you to be authentic and vulnerable. My approach is supportive and compassionate, and I utilize a holistic lens, viewing the mind-body-spirit connection as integral in understanding who you are as a whole person. We will work together to create a space that cultivates self-acceptance, deep emotional healing, and enriching relationships.

I was born and raised in Hawaii, and I am a veteran, a wife and a mother. I enjoy running and hiking with my pup labrador, reading and spending time with my family.  I also value therapy as part of my own healing journey. I believe we are able to access our own authentic wisdom when we feel safe and heard by someone who honors all of who we are and I’m excited to share that space with you.
